LM1 Not Charging? Make Sure You Are Using the Included Cable

If your LM1 is not charging, the issue may be caused by using an incompatible charging cable.

Use the Included Charging Cable

The LM1 is designed to charge using the USB-A to USB-C cable included with the device.

For best results, we recommend always using the supplied cable when charging your LM1.

Why This Matters

Some charging setups use USB-C to USB-C cables or USB-C charging stations. In certain cases, these may not initiate charging correctly with the LM1.

Using the included USB-A to USB-C cable ensures the device receives the correct power connection.

How to Charge the LM1

1. Connect the USB-A end of the included cable to a USB port or USB wall charger.

2. Connect the USB-C end to the charging port on the LM1.
